Field recruiter

An HR Recruiter manages the full-cycle talent acquisition process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and facilitating onboarding. They collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs, build employer branding, and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS). Core Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Outreach: Identify potential candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and professional networks.

• Screening & Selection: Review resumes, conduct phone/video interviews, and administer assessments.

• Hiring Manager Collaboration: Define job requirements, create job descriptions, and provide shortlists of qualified candidates.

• Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate salary/benefits, and conduct background checks.

• Process Administration: Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with stakeholders.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Knowledge: Understanding of labor legislation, fair hiring practices, and sourcing techniques.
