As a Field Officer, you will be responsible for conducting field visits, helper verification, interviews, document checks, and quality checks. You will work closely with our Sourcing and Operations teams to ensure that helpers are verified accurately and onboarded efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits across Bareilly to verify helpers as per company SOPs.

• Verify helper identity, address, references, work experience, and other required details.

• Conduct structured interviews and screening conversations with helpers.

• Check and collect required documents and photographs.

• Upload verification details, photographs, documents, and notes accurately into the company's CRM/internal applications.

• Ensure all verification records are complete and updated on the same day.

• Support helper onboarding by explaining company processes, expectations, and next steps.

• Conduct re-verification, spot checks, and quality audits whenever required.

• Identify discrepancies, incomplete information, or potential risks and escalate them to the Operations team.

• Coordinate with the Sourcing and Operations teams regarding field visits, schedules, pending cases, and escalations.

• Maintain daily records of completed visits, verification outcomes, pending cases, and other assigned activities.

• Represent EzyHelpers professionally while interacting with helpers and, when required, customers/families.

• Follow company guidelines related to field safety, professional conduct, data privacy, and handling of personal documents.

What We're Looking For

• Willingness to work extensively in the field across Bareilly and nearby areas.

• Ability to travel independently for most of the working day.

• Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

• Comfortable using smartphones, WhatsApp, Google Maps, mobile applications, and online forms.

• Good communication skills in Hindi.

• Basic knowledge of English is preferred.

• Good interpersonal and observation skills.

• Strong attention to detail and documentation.

• High level of integrity and discretion when handling personal information and documents.

• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain accurate records.

• Respectful and professional approach when interacting with domestic workers.

• Ability to identify issues and escalate them promptly.

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following will be an advantage:

• Field verification/background verification

• Recruitment or staffing

• Security or background checks

• Field operations

• Logistics or hyperlocal operations

• Domestic help/facility management

• Gig or marketplace operations

• CRM or field-force applications

Candidates with good communication skills, willingness to travel, and strong people-handling skills may also be considered.

A Typical Day

• Receive the day's field visit plan and priorities from the Operations/Sourcing team.

• Travel to helper locations across Bareilly.

• Conduct verification, interviews, document checks, and other assigned activities.

• Capture and upload required photographs, documents, and verification notes.

• Coordinate with the Sourcing/Operations team regarding cases requiring clarification or escalation.

• Complete all assigned updates and documentation before the end of the day.

• Follow up on pending verifications and plan upcoming field visits.
