Key Responsibilities:
Visit assigned locations as directed by the Team Leader (TL).
Identify and engage with potential candidates seeking part-time or full-time job opportunities.
Collect candidate information including contact details, educational background, skills, and job preferences.
Build relationships with:
Training centers offering 3-month and 6-month courses.
Student hostels and PG accommodations.
Skill development institutes.
Colleges and educational institutions.
Meet daily/weekly candidate data collection targets.
Ensure collected data is accurate and updated in the company's system.
Conduct basic candidate screening and explain available job opportunities.
Submit daily activity and lead generation reports to the Team Leader.
