Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Field Officer / Field Boy to support our recruitment operations by identifying and onboarding manpower from various locations. This role involves field visits, building local contacts, and ensuring a steady pipeline of suitable candidates for various roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit target areas (local markets, labor hubs, training centers, etc.) to source and recruit candidates.

• Generate leads for manpower across industries (skilled/unskilled/semi-skilled).

• Distribute flyers, posters, or other promotional materials to attract candidates.

• Conduct initial candidate screening and basic documentation collection.

• Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth onboarding.

• Build strong relationships with community leaders or local agents to boost manpower sourcing.

• Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th pass or equivalent education.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Must own a smartphone; having a bike will be an added advantage.

• Honest, reliable, and target-oriented individual.

• विभिन्न क्षेत्रों से कुशल/अर्ध-कुशल/अकुशल मैनपावर की लीड जनरेट करना।

• पेम्पलेट्स, पोस्टर्स आदि का वितरण करके लोगों को आकर्षित करना।

• प्राथमिक स्क्रीनिंग और आवश्यक दस्तावेज़ इकट्ठा करना।

• भर्ती टीम के साथ तालमेल बनाकर भर्ती प्रक्रिया को पूरा करना।

• स्थानीय एजेंटों या समुदाय के लोगों से अच्छे संबंध बनाना।

• प्रतिदिन/सप्ताह के भर्ती लक्ष्यों को पूरा करना।

आवश्यक योग्यताएं:

• न्यूनतम 10वीं पास या समकक्ष।

• फील्ड में काम करने और यात्रा करने की इच्छा।

• अच्छी संवाद और समझाने की क्षमता।

• स्मार्टफोन अनिवार्य, मोटरसाइकिल होना अतिरिक्त लाभ होगा।

• ईमानदार, जिम्मेदार और लक्ष्य-उन्मुख व्यक्ति।
