🔹 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Candidates की sourcing और screening करना

• Job portals, WhatsApp, LinkedIn एवं अन्य platforms से candidates source करना

• Candidates को job profile एवं company details समझाना

• Telephonic/Initial screening करना

• Interviews schedule करना और candidates का follow-up लेना

• Selected candidates की joining तक पूरी recruitment process manage करना

• Daily recruitment targets achieve करना

• Candidate database और recruitment MIS maintain करना

• Hiring status और daily reports management को share करना
