Field recruiter

We are looking for a Field recruiter to join our team at Delevery Limited to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹16,000 - ₹25,000 and growth opportunities.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager – Recruitment & Manpower Operations who can independently handle recruitment and manpower operations in Surat.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Handle end-to-end recruitment activities
✅ Recruit and manage manpower for Delivery Riders, Delivery Boys, Van Delivery Staff and other field manpower
✅ Manage local recruiters and recruitment teams
✅ Coordinate with candidates and ensure timely joining
✅ Handle manpower deployment and daily operational requirements
✅ Maintain candidate database and recruitment MIS
✅ Coordinate with clients regarding manpower requirements
✅ Ensure sufficient manpower availability as per business requirements
✅ Handle candidate retention and replacement requirements
Candidate Requirements:
🔹 Candidate must be based in Surat or nearby local areas
🔹 Experience in Recruitment / Staffing / Manpower Industry preferred
🔹 Experience in handling bulk hiring and blue-collar workforce will be an advantage
🔹 Strong knowledge of the local Surat manpower market
🔹 Good communication and team management skills
🔹 Ability to handle recruitment and operations independently
📍 Only Surat-based or locally available candidates will be preferred.
