Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Operations Specialist (Field of Sales ) based in Gurgaon and Faridabad, The Field Operations Specialist will be responsible for overseeing daily field operations, managing and optimizing operational processes, and troubleshooting issues as they arise. The Specialist will also analyze data to improve operational efficiency and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Capacity Building:
Work to build operational capacity by supporting the growth of store locations to handle increasing delivery volumes.
Collaborate with the operations team to understand capacity requirements and scale store operations accordingly.
Ensure efficient resource allocation and store readiness to meet operational demands.

Salary : 25K+ per month depending on experience.
