We are hiring for the position of Field Recruiter at City Mall, based in Vasant Kunj, Delhi. The role offers a monthly salary of ₹20,000 to ₹25,000, along with PF and attractive performance-based incentives. As a Field Recruiter, your main responsibility will be to source, screen, and recruit candidates through field activities such as walk-ins, job fairs, campus drives, referrals, and community outreach. The ideal candidate should be at least 10+2 qualified, with prior experience in recruitment or fieldwork preferred. Owning a bike is mandatory, as the role involves regular travel within Delhi NCR. Candidates must have strong communication skills, be target-driven, and have basic knowledge of using smartphones, WhatsApp, and Excel or Google Sheets.
