Job Summary:As a Fleet Coach, you will be responsible for managing delivery partner operations for 3–4 assigned stores. You will ensure partner availability, analyze performance metrics, and support fleet engagement and retention.Role & Responsibilities:- Manage delivery partner fleet across assigned zones.- Monitor driver logins, availability, and supply‑demand alignment.- Analyze delivery performance (productivity, quality, frauds) using Excel/Google Sheets.- Maintain adequate delivery executive supply as per demand projections.Requirements:- Any Graduate- 1–3 years of work experience (preferably in Hyperlocal, E‑commerce, Logistics, or Quick‑commerce)- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets (mandatory)- Strong analytical and coordination skills- Good communication and team management abilities
