End-to-end bulk hiring, screening, and onboarding of delivery partners (riders/bikers) for Swiggy Food Delivery and Swiggy Instamart directly in the field.
Hyperlocal Sourcing: Visit high-potential local areas, markets, and transport hubs to identify potential delivery riders.
Onboarding & Verification: Collect, review, and verify essential documents like Driving Licenses, Aadhaar cards, and PAN cards.
Target Achievement: Meet strict daily, weekly, and monthly hiring numbers to match the localized demand for delivery riders.
Daily Reporting: Maintain clear records of leads generated, candidates called, and active joining's for senior HR managers.
Two-Wheeler Mandatory: Having your own bike or scooter along with a valid driving license is a compulsory requirement.
12th Pass, or Graduates can apply.
