
We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Field Recruiter to manage end-to-end bulk hiring for frontline and entry-level roles. The role involves sourcing candidates through field activities, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures to meet hiring targets.
Conduct bulk hiring for frontline/blue-collar/entry-level positions
Source candidates through field recruitment, job fairs, walk-ins, referrals, and local networks
Visit assigned locations to conduct on-ground recruitment activities
Screen candidates for basic eligibility and job fit
Coordinate interviews, assessments, and onboarding processes
Maintain daily hiring trackers and recruitment MIS
Meet weekly/monthly hiring targets
Build and maintain relationships with local consultants, vendors, and community groups
Ensure proper documentation and compliance during hiring
Minimum 12th / Graduate (preferred)
0–3 years of experience in field recruitment or bulk hiring
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Experience in staffing, BFSI, telecom, retail, logistics, or manufacturing hiring is a plus
