Field recruiter

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Field Recruiter to manage end-to-end bulk hiring for frontline and entry-level roles. The role involves sourcing candidates through field activities, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures to meet hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct bulk hiring for frontline/blue-collar/entry-level positions

• Source candidates through field recruitment, job fairs, walk-ins, referrals, and local networks

• Visit assigned locations to conduct on-ground recruitment activities

• Screen candidates for basic eligibility and job fit

• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and onboarding processes

• Maintain daily hiring trackers and recruitment MIS

• Meet weekly/monthly hiring targets

• Build and maintain relationships with local consultants, vendors, and community groups

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance during hiring

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 12th / Graduate (preferred)

• 0–3 years of experience in field recruitment or bulk hiring

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

• Experience in staffing, BFSI, telecom, retail, logistics, or manufacturing hiring is a plus
