Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and energetic Field Recruiters to join our team. The role involves hiring delivery executives/riders through field sourcing, conducting local outreach, and ensuring onboarding targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

Hire delivery executives/riders in assigned areas
Conduct field visits to generate leads and candidate pipeline
Explain job roles and assist candidates with onboarding process
Maintain daily recruitment targets and reporting
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth hiring operations

Eligibility Criteria

Experience: 0–5 years (Freshers are welcome)

Education: 10th / 12th / Any Graduate

Good communication and local language skills

Knowledge of local areas is mandatory

Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license

Salary & Benefits

Fixed Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Allowances: Up to ₹2,600 (Petrol + Mobile reimbursement)
