Job Description

Handle bulk hiring for blue-collar roles (Delivery Executives, Helpers, Pickers & Packers, etc.)
Source candidates through job portals, field sourcing, referrals, and vendor networks
Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews
Manage walk-in drives and mass hiring campaigns
Coordinate with operations and clients to understand manpower requirements
Ensure timely joining and onboarding of candidates
Maintain daily recruitment tracker and reports
Handle candidate follow-ups and ensure minimum dropouts
Support in documentation and verification process
