Qualification: 10th Pass or Above

✅ Mandatory Criteria (Screening Must-Have):

Minimum 2 years experience in high-volume field recruitment for delivery/frontline roles.

Past experience with Swiggy, Zomato, Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, Delhivery, Zepto, Jio, Airtel or similar companies.

Own two-wheeler with valid driving license.

Comfortable with extensive local travel & tight hiring deadlines.

About the Role:

We are seeking an energetic Field Recruiter to lead on-ground hiring drives for delivery and frontline roles. You will be responsible for candidate sourcing, vendor coordination, and closure of high-volume positions.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Conduct field recruitment activities at local markets & sourcing points.

✔ Build and maintain candidate pipeline through vendors, references & local networks.

✔ Drive on-ground hiring events and ensure closures within deadlines.

✔ Provide daily/weekly hiring progress reports.
