📍 Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives••

🔎 About the Role

As a Field Recruiter, you’ll be on-ground sourcing candidates, interviewing walk-ins, building talent pipelines, and closing hiring for multiple roles. This is a field/fresh/upward growth role for go-getting recruiters who can interact with candidates confidently.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Walk-in candidate sourcing & interviews
• Field visit to colleges, local markets & communities for hiring drives
• Screening resumes & shortlisting profiles
• Scheduling interviews with clients & internal teams
• Ensuring timely candidate updates & follow-ups
• Building and maintaining candidate database
• Achieving daily/weekly hiring targets
• Reporting to HR Lead / Hiring Manager

🎯 Required Skills

• Good communication skills (Hindi + English)
• Confident & presentable personality
• Ability to work in field & attend walk-ins
• Basic understanding of recruitment process
• Target-driven attitude
• Smartphone & internet savvy

🧑‍💼 Who Can Apply
