Field recruiter

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Field Recruiter to manage end-to-end blue-collar hiring for our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and mobilizing skilled and unskilled candidates for various operational roles across different locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits, job fairs, and local campaigns to source candidates for blue-collar roles (operators, technicians, helpers, etc.).

• Build and maintain strong networks with local communities, ITIs, skill centers, and training institutes.

• Coordinate candidate screening, interviews, and documentation.

• Ensure timely joining and mobilization of candidates at client or company locations.

• Maintain candidate databases and prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports.

• Collaborate with the HR and operations teams to understand manpower requirements.

• Promote the company’s employment brand in rural and semi-urban markets.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory hiring procedures.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline.

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in field recruitment, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or service sectors.

• Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to travel extensively for recruitment drives.

  • Good networking and negotiation abilities.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
