Job Title: Field Recruiter

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter to manage candidate sourcing through telephonic screening as well as field recruitment activities. The role involves identifying suitable candidates, conducting initial interviews, coordinating the hiring process, and visiting colleges, job fairs, client locations, or other recruitment venues as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and databases.

• Conduct telephonic screening and initial interviews.

• Explain job roles, salary, and company policies to candidates.

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.

• Follow up with candidates until onboarding is complete.

• Visit colleges, job fairs, client locations, and other recruitment venues to source candidates.

• Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and local partners.

• Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.

  Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

  • Willingness to travel for recruitment drives and field visits.

  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.

  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
