 We're Hiring: Field Recruiter (Delivery Boy Hiring)  

Are you experienced in blue-collar hiring and passionate about field recruitment? 

We're looking for a Field Recruiter who can hire Delivery Boys across Gurgaon through on-ground sourcing, walk-ins, and local partnerships. 

 Key Responsibilities: 

• Source and recruit Delivery Boys through field visits, local networks, job fairs,  and community outreach 

• Conduct walk-in drives, onboarding camps, and daily field hiring • Build partnerships with training centres, NGOs, and local agencies • Ensure daily/weekly hiring targets are met 

• Maintain hiring MIS and coordinate with the ops team for onboarding  Requirements: 

• 1–3 years of experience in blue-collar/field hiring (e.g., delivery, logistics,  warehousing) 

• Good communication and networking skills 

• Own bike and smartphone for field travel 

• Familiarity with Gurgaon routes and local hiring sources 

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment 

 Location: GURGAON (on-ground field role) 

 Type: Full-time | Immediate joining preferred
