Designation– Recruitment Executive/ Field Recruiter

Company: 2Coms Consulting Pvt Ltd
Job Location: Chinchwad, Pune

Key Responsibilities:

Create and update job descriptions.

Source and engage candidates via field and online platforms.

Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with HR.

Advertise openings through field activities (pamphlet distribution in prime locations), job portals, and social media.

Shortlist candidates and collaborate with hiring managers to identify future hiring needs.

Job Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Graduate/ Undergraduate with at least 6month-2 year of experience in the same field.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in sourcing techniques and sound judgment.

MS Excel knowledge is a must.

Candidate must own a bike and laptop/ Pesonal computer
