We are looking for a Field Officer – Facility Management to join our team at Advika Business Solution Private Limited to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 and growth opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
• Visit different company sites regularly
• Check attendance and work of housekeeping / facility staff
• Coordinate with clients and understand their requirements
• Resolve site issues and report them to management
• Update management about new manpower requirements
• Submit daily field reports to the office
• Ensure staff discipline and proper uniform at the site
Requirements:
• Good communication skills
• Must be ready for field work
• Basic reporting and coordination skills
• Bike and valid driving license preferred
