We are looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our spices factory. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage all aspects of the factory's functioning efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day to day operations of the spice manufacturing unit
Manage production, quality control, supply chain, and inventory.
Lead and motivate the team to achieve production targets and maintain product quality.
Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards.
Drive HR activities, including hiring, training and employee performance management.
Implement process and ensure timely delivery.
