Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: RAIPUR
The Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-level administrative support to [Executive's Name or Title] by handling information requests, preparing reports and correspondence, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and performing a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Manage and maintain executive schedules, including scheduling travel, meetings, and appointments
Prepare internal and external correspondence, reports, and presentations
Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and conferences (including virtual)
Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
Handle confidential information with a high degree of integrity and discretion
Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications
Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed (if applicable)
Organize and maintain files and records, both paper and electronic
Track and follow up on projects, deadlines, and deliverables
Support executive in preparing for key meetings, including compiling agendas and briefing documents
Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered
3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
Experience with travel booking, event planning, and calendar management
Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) is a plus
