The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior executives by managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing meetings, and performing a variety of clerical and organizational tasks. The role demands discretion, efficiency, and strong communication skills.
Calendar Management:
Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries for executives.
Communication:
Draft, review, and send emails, letters, reports, and other documents on behalf of the executive. Screen and direct phone calls.
Meeting Support:
Organize internal/external meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Travel Coordination:
Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, and transport logistics.
Confidentiality:
Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Documentation & Filing:
Maintain digital and physical files, records, reports, and other documents.
Project Assistance:
Support various departmental and company-wide initiatives or projects.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Experience:
2+ years as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong organizational and time management
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
High level of discretion and professionalism
Office-based; may require occasional travel or extended hours depending on executive's schedule.
