Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Management Coordination

  • Coordinate daily tasks with management

  • Assit MD for internal communication and coordination

  • Maintain meeting schedules and reminders

  • Track pending tasks and follow-ups

  • Assist in operational coordination


2. Communication Management

  • Handle emails and professional communication

  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, colleges, and team members

  • Maintain WhatsApp communication professionally

  • Draft professional emails and reports


3. Reporting & MIS

  • Prepare daily MIS reports

  • Maintain trackers and dashboards

  • Update Google Sheets/Excel records

  • Track department-wise pending tasks


4. Task & Follow-up Management

  • Ensure task completion from departments

  • Follow up with internal teams

  • Maintain escalation tracker

  • Monitor deadlines and timelines


5. HR & Recruitment Support

  • Coordinate interviews and hiring schedules

  • Maintain candidate database

  • Coordinate with colleges and placement cells

  • Support onboarding documentation


6. CRM & Data Management

  • Maintain organized records

  • Update CRM systems

  • Track lead/customer status if required

  • Maintain confidentiality of company data
