Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain executives’ calendars, appointments, and meetings
Coordinate with clients regarding audits, filings, and consultations
Prepare, format, and organize financial documents, reports, and presentations
Handle email correspondence and phone communication professionally
Maintain confidential records and sensitive financial information
Arrange travel, meetings, and conference calls
Follow up with internal teams and clients for deadlines and deliverables
Support in billing, invoicing, and basic accounting coordination
Maintain office documentation and filing systems
