PAN India Labour Law Compliance.
Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act.
EPF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, and Minimum Wages compliance.
Shops & Establishments Act of different states.
Factory Act (where applicable).
Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, Payment of Wages Act, Equal Remuneration Act, and other statutory labour laws.
Vendor and contractor compliance management.
Client compliance audits and statutory inspections.
Government portal operations and online statutory filings.
Preparation and maintenance of statutory registers and records.
Compliance MIS, documentation, and reporting.
Coordination with labour authorities and government departments.
Risk assessment and implementation of compliance controls.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, MS Office, and HRMS systems.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure statutory compliance across all company locations on a PAN India basis.
Monitor compliance with Central and State Labour Laws.
Manage EPF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory obligations.
Conduct periodic compliance audits of branches, sites, and contractors.
Coordinate with clients regarding compliance requirements and documentation.
Handle inspections by government authorities and ensure timely closure of observations.
Maintain all statutory registers, licenses, and records.
Ensure timely renewal of labour licenses and statutory registrations.
Prepare monthly compliance reports and MIS for management.
Support payroll and HR teams in statutory compliance matters.
Develop compliance SOPs and conduct awareness sessions for internal teams.
Identify compliance risks and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure 100% compliance with client contractual requirements and legal regulations.
