Job Summary:-

Compliance Manager

We need a reliable Compliance Manager to handle statutory compliance for payroll and manpower operations.

Key Responsibilities:

PF & UAN creation, KYC updates, monthly filings.

ESIC registration, challans & timely payments.

Monthly PF/ESIC/LWF challans & receipt management.

LWF submissions as per state rules.

Ensure compliance with labour laws (S&E, Minimum Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, etc.).

Managing our payroll software with statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, LWF, PT, TDS).

Maintain statutory documents, registers & audit-ready records.
