Key Responsibilities:
Manage PF & ESIC compliance including employee registration, contribution, challan generation, and monthly/quarterly returns.
Maintain records and filings related to Provident Fund (PF) and ESIC as per statutory timelines.
Handle PF withdrawals, transfers, KYC updates, and ESIC claims (sickness, maternity, etc.).
Ensure compliance with Shops & Establishment Act, Minimum Wages, Bonus Act, Gratuity, Professional Tax, and Labour Welfare Fund.
Coordinate with consultants and government officials for statutory inspections and audits.
Prepare and maintain compliance MIS reports for management review.
Keep track of amendments in PF, ESIC, and labour regulations and ensure timely implementation.
Support HR/Payroll team in employee-related statutory compliance queries.
Ensure timely renewal of licenses and statutory registrations.
Key Skills & Competencies:
In-depth knowledge of PF & ESIC processes, portals, and filings.
Strong understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel & compliance portals (EPFO, ESIC).
Strong record-keeping and documentation skills.
Good coordination and communication abilities.
Ability to handle inspections and compliance audits.
Qualifications & Experience:
MBA HR / Business Administration.
1–2 years of experience in PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance.
Experience in hospitality/service/food industry will be preferred.
