Compliance Executive

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Management

• Administer end-to-end payroll processing for all employees.

• Validate attendance, leave records, overtime, incentives, and deductions.

• Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, reimbursements, and final settlements.

• Generate monthly salary registers, payslips, and payroll MIS reports.

• Coordinate with Finance for timely salary disbursement.

Statutory Compliance

• Manage compliance with all labor laws and statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, etc.).

• Prepare and file periodic returns (PF, ESIC, TDS, Professional Tax, etc.).

• Handle inspections, audits, and notices from statutory bodies.

• Maintain compliance calendar and ensure timely submissions to authorities.

Employee Support

• Address employee queries related to payroll, taxation, and compliance.

• Educate employees on salary structures, deductions, and benefits.

• Ensure smooth handling of exit settlements and compliance obligations.

Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain and update employee master data in payroll systems.

• Ensure accurate record-keeping for audits and statutory requirements.

• Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly reports for management and statutory bodies.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and labor laws.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS/Payroll software.

• Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
