We are looking for a Compliance Executive to join our team at Easy Source Hr Solutions Private Limited to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in managing statutory and labour law compliance.
· Maintain compliance records, registers, and documentation.
· Support PF, ESIC, PT, LWF and other statutory compliance activities.
· Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders for compliance-related matters.
· Ensure timely submission of compliance documents and reports.
· Support compliance audits and resolve documentation-related queries.
Requirements
· Regular Graduate from any discipline.
· 0–2 years of experience in HR/Compliance; freshers with relevant knowledge can also apply.
· Basic knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliances.
· Good communication, coordination, and MS Excel skills.
· Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
