The Clinic Assistant Manager will serve as the Branch Head, overseeing all aspects of clinic operations, performance, and growth. They will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, ensuring seamless patient flow, maintaining high service quality, and driving revenue growth. Later they will be promoted to the Manager Key responsibilities include:
- Managing appointments, billing, collections, and cost control to meet financial targets
- Leading, supervising, and motivating the branch team to achieve performance goals
- Coordinating with doctors, staff, and support teams to maintain clinical and operational standards
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, healthcare guidelines, and reporting requirements
- Focusing on patient satisfaction, process improvement, and implementing strategies to boost efficiency and revenue
- Acting as the Branch Head, with total responsibility for revenue generation
- Working closely with the team to maximize revenue while minimizing patient default rates from treatment
