Job Title:

Center Manager – National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS)

Location:

SIDCUL, Haridwar

Remuneration:

Fixed Salary – ₹16,000/- per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Cold Calling: Conduct outreach calls to mobilize candidates for apprenticeship opportunities under NAPS.

• Interview Coordination: Align and schedule interviews in coordination with HR, ensuring smooth communication and timely processing.

• Apprentice Management: Maintain the required number of apprentices at the center, ensuring compliance with NAPS guidelines.

• MIS Reporting: Prepare and submit regular MIS reports to the Corporate Office, reflecting accurate apprentice data.

• Portal Registration: Ensure timely and accurate registration of candidates on the NAPS portal.

• Compliance Oversight: Adhere to statutory requirements under NAPS, including contract verification, stipend processing, and record maintenance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Qualification: Any discipline (minimum 10th pass acceptable).

• MS Office Knowledge preferred for MIS and portal operations.

• Strong communication skills for mobilization and HR coordination.

• Ability to manage records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with timelines.

• Laptop preferred for efficient MIS and portal work.

• Own conveyance preferred to facilitate candidate mobilization and plant visits.

• Preference for candidates residing locally in Haridwar/SIDCUL area.

Additional Notes:

• The role requires proactive engagement with apprentices, HR teams, and the corporate office.

• All activities must be conducted in strict conformity with the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) guidelines.

• The Center Manager shall be accountable for ensuring that apprentice contracts, registrations, and MIS submissions are completed within prescribed timelines.

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
