Job Title: Center Head (Admissions & Operations)

We are looking for a Center Head to join our team at FirstCry Intellitots, Najafgarh to manage the full-cycle admission process and follow ups for the organization. You will be responsible for updating admission ads and taking follow up from the parents. The position offers an in-hand salary of [Insert Amount, e.g., ₹15,000 - ₹20,000] and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Admissions & Counselling: Conduct parent tours and provide expert counselling to convert inquiries into admissions.

• Lead Generation: Perform active cold calling and rigorous follow-ups with prospective parents.

• Operational Management: Manage the daily operations of the preschool, including staff supervision and infrastructure oversight.

• Tech Management: Update and maintain the school portal and parent app; manage student data using computer knowledge (MS Office).

• Recruitment: Create and update job descriptions for teachers and support staff.

• n for this role is Graduate/Post Graduate (MBA or B.Ed preferred) and 2–5 years of experience in preschool management or educational sales. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques, portal management, and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be confident, highly persuasive, and open to working Monday to Saturday.
