Key Responsibilities:
Conduct behavioural, soft skills, and workplace effectiveness training for shop-floor employees, staff, and supervisors.
Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of learning & development programs.
Assist in identifying training needs and developing engaging training content.
Travel to different manufacturing units and client sites to deliver training programs.
Requirements:
6 months to 1 year of experience in Behavioural Training, Learning & Development, or Soft Skills Training, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Willingness to travel frequently based on business requirements.
Preferred Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Training & Development, or a related field.
