Job Description

  • Manage hiring processes and help with office/admin support
  • Coordinate office activities and handle employee engagement
What You’ll Do
• Coordinate translation, localization, and interpretation projects from start to finish.
• Assign tasks to translators, editors, and proofreaders from around the world.
• Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and keep them updated.
• Track deadlines and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
• Maintain project data and files neatly (because future-you will thank you!).
✨ What We’re Looking For
• Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Tech-savvy and familiar with online collaboration tools (CAT tools knowledge is a plus!).
• Prior experience in a language service or project management role is a bonus, but not a must.
