Job Title: Client Coordinator

Location: Near Railway Station, Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month
Experience Required: 0–3 years
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Employment Type: Full-time


Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and experienced Coordinator to handle outbound and inbound calls, communicate effectively with clients, and support business growth. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills and prior experience in a telecalling or customer interaction role.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers

  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally

  • Explain company services clearly and confidently

  • Follow up with leads and maintain call records

  • Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets

  • Maintain accurate customer data and reports

  • Coordinate with internal teams when required


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 0–5 years of experience as a Telecaller / Client Coordinator

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken mandatory)

  • Good listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills

  • Ability to handle customers professionally over the phone

  • Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
