This role involves managing clients and job post verifications. handling calls, providing customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Job Portal. The role offers ₹15000 - ₹20000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Admin support for day-to-day operations
Client/job verification, follow-ups (Call/WA)
Responding to calls, WhatsApp, and social media queries
Coordinating payments, job postings, and bulk SMS
General backend, platform & team support
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.5 - 6+ years of experience. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 6-day working week during the Day shift.
