Key Skills Required:-
1. Team & Manpower Management – Supervise field officers, guards, operators, etc.
2. Client Coordination – Strong interpersonal skills to maintain and improve client relations
3. Crisis Handling – Immediate resolution of on-site issues like absenteeism, emergencies
4. Report Handling – Daily/weekly reporting to Operations Head
5. Knowledge of Labour Compliance – Basic understanding of ESIC, PF, Minimum Wages
6. Transport & Accommodation Coordination – For deployed manpower
7. Good Computer Skills – Email communication, Excel, WhatsApp coordination
8. Mobile and Field Active – Ability to travel regularly to multiple sites
9. Disciplinary Leadership – Should instill punctuality, grooming, and performance among staff
10. Language – Fluent in Hindi, Marathi, and English (preferred)
Additional Preferred Skills:-
• Fire safety or First Aid training certification
• Experience with security agency or facility management company
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license
