Assistant Managing Director

• Assist the MD’s Assistant in managing the MD’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

• Handle internal and external communications, including emails, phone calls, and messages on behalf of the MD’s Assistant.

• Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and presentations as required.

• Coordinate with various departments to gather information, schedule meetings, and follow up on pending actions.

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive company information.

• Support the preparation of minutes of meetings, action items, and status updates.

• Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, visits, and conferences.

• Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, documentation, and record management.

• Undertake any special tasks or projects assigned by the MD’s Assistant or the Managing Director.
