Job Title: MD Assistant (Real Estate)
Experience : 3 to 4 years
Job Summary:
Provide administrative and operational support to the Managing Director in managing day-to-day business activities, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth office operations within the real estate firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Managing Director in scheduling meetings, calls, and appointments.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to real estate projects.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
Manage emails, travel arrangements, and confidential information.
Track project updates, deadlines, and follow-ups as assigned by the MD.
Support business development and marketing initiatives when required.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
2–4 years of experience as an Executive or MD Assistant (preferably in real estate).
Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
Proficient in MS Office and basic real estate documentation.
