Headquartered in Delhi, our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant is located in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan.
The HR Executive – Training & Development will be responsible for executing and managing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company’s objectives. This role is pivotal in driving employee development, performance management, and ensuring compliance with HR policies at the plant level.
Drive and manage Training & Development, Performance Management, and Employee Relations at the plant.
Handle all HR, Admin, and Industrial Relations (IR) functions specific to a manufacturing setup.
Maintain all training and development documentation required for ISO audit and compliance.
Develop and manage the Training Calendar (Internal & External).
Track and update Skill Matrices and Competency Matrices across departments.
Facilitate performance appraisal processes and maintain accurate records.
Prepare and submit daily MIS reports across functional areas.
Oversee and coordinate all safety-related trainings for staff and workers.
Implement and maintain a structured suggestion system.
Design and execute training schedules for staff and contract workers.
Formulate and implement training policies for both blue- and white-collar employees.
Conduct best practice research to support policy formulation and improvement.
Effectively manage a workforce of up to 600 employees, including contract labor.
Lead HRIS implementation and support the organization structuring process.
Streamline and manage a seamless induction and onboarding process.
Drive efforts to reduce absenteeism and enhance attendance across the plant.
Promote employee engagement and motivation initiatives to boost overall productivity.
Support and maintain an effective Employee Relations Framework aligned with corporate HR policies.
Participate in contractor management, grievance handling, and long-term settlement implementation.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Effective negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities
Experience in blue-collar workforce management
