Key Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct induction training for new security guards.
Impart training on access control, patrolling, search procedures, and emergency response.
Deliver fire & safety training, including practical fire drill demonstrations.
Conduct physical training, parade, and alertness drills.
Train guards on soft skills, communication, client handling, and etiquette.
Ensure awareness of company policies, discipline, and legal responsibilities.
Organize refresher training programs for existing guards.
Maintain training records, attendance sheets, and assessment reports.
Evaluate guard performance and recommend re-training or improvement plans.
Ensure uniform standards, grooming, and turnout compliance.
Coordinate with Operations Team and Site Supervisors for site-specific training.
Implement client feedback–based training improvements.
Support compliance with PSARA and statutory requirements.
Motivate guards and promote a professional security culture
.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 10+2 / Graduate (preferred)
Ex-serviceman / security background preferred
5–10 years of experience in security operations/training
Sound knowledge of PSARA, SOPs, and security procedures
