Job Description – Assistant Project Manager/ TRAINING MANAGER

Position: Assistant Project Manager AND TRAINING MANAGER

Salary: ₹25,000 per month

Location: Assam – Guwahati

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects in the assigned region.

Oversee field operations and ensure smooth execution of daily project activities.

Coordinate with field teams, vendors, and local stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.

Ensure all projects follow company standards, policies, and quality guidelines.

Support in resource planning, task allocation, and documentation.

Track project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.

Resolve on-ground challenges and report critical issues to management.

Requirements:

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in project coordination/management or a related role.

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage field operations and multitask effectively.

Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Willingness to travel within the assigned region when required.
