● Responsible for the end to end employee life cycle in SCM facilities in the state
● Partner with Operational managers to create a culture that supports business growth.
● Performing data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs
● Proposing HR initiatives in line with business objectives of business
● Supports HR deliverables and guiding unit HR for sourcing and hiring strategies, performance management, compensation, employee relations & engagement etc
● Conducting periodic review to measure the HR deliverables.
● Planning and supporting day-to- day operations as well as on-going process improvement.
● Own employee Net Promoter Score & Employee safety .
● Consulting with line management and providing daily HR guidance & Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units.
● Partners with the legal department & vendors ,maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
● Performs other related duties as assigned.
