Job Title: Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition (Blue Collar & Non-IT Hiring)

Job Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Manufacturing, Blue Collar and other Non-IT functions.
Drive bulk hiring and workforce planning for plant and operational requirements.
Execute campus hiring initiatives across Engineering Colleges, ITIs, Polytechnics, and Management Institutes.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, consultants, and networking channels.
Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and onboarding activities.
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures.
Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring dashboards, and recruitment metrics.
Manage recruitment vendors and hiring campaigns to meet business targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
3–6+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Non-IT, Bulk Hiring, and Campus Recruitment.
Strong stakeholder management and sourcing skills.
Experience working with job portals and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
