1. Manage end-to-end HR operations at the plant, including recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities.2. Ensure compliance with labour laws, factory act, and company HR policies.3. Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination.4. Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.5. Coordinate training and skill development programs for plant employees.6. Oversee contract labour management and statutory documentation.7. Implement performance appraisal and reward systems effectively.8. Ensure workplace safety, welfare, and health initiatives for all employees.9. Liaise with government authorities and support internal/external audits.10. Support management in manpower planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
