1. Manage end-to-end HR operations at the plant, including recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities.2. Ensure compliance with labour laws, factory act, and company HR policies.3. Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination.4. Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.5. Coordinate training and skill development programs for plant employees.6. Oversee contract labour management and statutory documentation.7.
