​Sourcing & Hiring: Identify and reach out to potential candidates through job portals, social media connections, and professional networks.
​Telephonic Screening: Conduct initial calling to screen candidates, explain job roles, and check for fitment.
​Data Management: Maintain and update online databases and candidate trackers with high accuracy.
​Presentations: Create professional PPT presentations for internal meetings and client pitches.
​Client Coordination: Interact with new clients to understand their hiring needs and provide regular updates.
​Process Learning: Actively learn recruitment strategies and business development to improve hiring efficiency.
​Requirements & Skills
​Equipment: Must own a functional laptop with a stable internet connection.
​Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi).
​Mindset: Highly motivated, positive attitude, and a cooperative team player.
​Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
​Availability: Ready to work in a performance-driven environment.
