✨ Job Responsibilities:

• Call candidates who apply via job portals (Naukri, Internshala, etc.)

• Explain the job role clearly and professionally

• Shortlist and schedule them for interviews at our office location (Raju Park, Khanpur, New Delhi)

• Follow up with candidates until they appear for the interview

• Maintain basic Excel records of shortlisted and hired candidates

• Coordinate with the internal team for interview updates

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in hiring/recruitment or HR-related tasks

• Fluent in Hindi and basic English communication

• Good phone etiquette and convincing skills

• Must have a working phone and internet connection

• Self-motivated and responsible with timely follow-ups

📌 Payment Details:

• ₹3500 for every 4 confirmed hires (candidates who join and stay at least 1 week)

• This is a performance-based role with flexible working hours
