The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of Rs.25,000/- to Rs. 30,000/- and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and update job descriptions.
Source and engage candidates via online platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate tests.
Advertise openings on job portals and social media.
Shortlist candidates and collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.

Ensuring Manpower availability
Making Digital Training PPT & AV for Automotive manufacturing industry
Providing and managing trainings to all employees timely
MUST KNOW IATF & ISO Rules applicable to HR Department
MUST have good command on MS Office
MUST have decent spoken english
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate (HR) and Min. 4-5 Yrs. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days a week.
