The Roles includes Recruitment, Payroll Management, Training & Development, General Administration etc. An ideal will be responsible for managing complete employee life cycle. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹35000 - ₹45000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and update job descriptions.
Source and engage candidates via online platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate tests.
Advertise openings on job portals and social media.
Shortlist candidates and collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
Managing onboarding process of newly joined employees.
Maintaining employee records and attendance.
Handling payroll and office expenses.
Organizing meetings, travel, and office maintenance.
Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 4 - 6+ years of experience in HR area.
Candidates must be open to working 6 days working.
The ideal should be very presentable.
Should have knowledge of day to day HR Processes.
